Waterfall chart BUG - data labels values color change

Hello,

Following my last post related to the waterfall chart data labels values color I have found another problem/bug related to the data labels values color change.
When we have tooltips on the chart, and after that we change the data labels values color the chart changes.
The following image is an example with the superstore sales dataset, that has a tooltips like sales.

When changing the data labels values color this happens.

Can this be reported to Microsoft to fix?
