Warning message or pop-up in Power BI

Hello everyone!

A help please, as is known to all data export in .xls has a limit of 150,000 records, therefore I want to place a warning message to users to take into account this condition, because we are almost about to reach the limit.

Would you place a pop-up with the message, how do I do this??

If it's on service, you can create a dashboard to set up alerts.

Hi @WolterNet ,

Not really sure what you mean by a pop up but you can do a condittional formatting on a information button that turns red when you get to a certain number of lines and otherwise is blank when persons check the information button returns the total lines.
