Want to implement RLS Based on Silcer

Hi all, I Have a dashboard in which dynamic RLS is applied i want to change the RLs based on the slicer value 
Something like if(selectedvalue(xxx)="xxx"),[email]=userprincipalname(),[new_email]=userprincipalname())
is this possible.

Thankfully no.  Either you apply RLS or you don't .   RLS should never be influencable by user actions.
