Want to create a KPI based on delivery precision

Hi, I want to compare the estimated date of delivery with the actual delivery date to create a value I can use to measure precision and compare to KPI. in a % When I try to compare the dates, I get an error for the fields that don't have another value than null. How to fix this? I'm rather new at this. Any tips?

Could you please provide us more detail information, so that we can make further analysis. Such as some sample data in your data model, and the formula that you used to create measure.
