Want to calculate measure or column for date diff between 2 rows in different columns

I am trying to calculate the difference between "Assigned to Vendor for Recce 2" and "Pending distribution validation"

 Measure calculation that I made is giving the following err

N creating a column is giving the following err

and creating another table doesn't help because both the tables can't be connected as there is no unique Id.

Kindly Help me with the solution!
