Visualizing Multi-select questions as a bar graph

Hello, kindly assist in visualizing the below data in a horizontal bar chart in Power BI. This is from a survey done and data collected with KoBo Collect. I had a field that allowed multi-select response. I would want to see how many response I had for each activity to be displayed in a bar chart. Thank you

Is there any delimiter between responses other than blanks in this dataset?
Better if you could share in CSV or text format.

Hi Fowmy, thanks for your quick response. Unfortunately, there is no delimiter. Tried downloading the data as CSV from my KoBo Account but it appears the same.

Can you share the data in text or CSV format?

You can save the file in google drive or one drive then share the link here

Thank you so much this is what I wanted. Kindly inform the steps taken in the transformation. I have huge data that I need to be visualized.

@sawn

Once you connect to your data source,

1. Select "Intervention Name" column, right-click and choose "Unpivot Other Columns"
2. Delete "Intervention Name" column
3. Filter Out zero from value column

Thanks so much the solution provided works. Do you mind giving me the steps taken for the transformation?

Go to Power Query Editor and check the steps on the right pane.
