I am trying to show a line graph of a data series of time (X-axis) and two temperature meassurements (Y-axis).
But the graph shows the number of data for each time point instead of the temperature value.
What I am doing wrong?

If you supply your data/file it'll be much easier to help.
That said, I'm guessing that your numeric temperatures are actually text, not numbers, so PBI is giving you the count of these values.
Check the temperature data type is decimal number.
