Visualizations moved for one User and wrong colors.

HI community,

I got a user with issues accessing the Power BI report: the visualizations are moved and colors changed. See 1st scrreenshot is what she sees ( it seems like there is the KPI moved and then a rectangle. However, there is only 1 visualization: KPI with border ( see 2nd screenshot)

Any suggestion? all the other users are seeing the report correctly. thanks.

It sounds like the user is experiencing a rendering issue with the Power BI report. This could be caused by various factors, including browser settings, screen resolution, or local rendering issues.

Here are some steps you can take to address the problem:

  1. Browser Compatibility:

    • Ask the user to try accessing the report using a different browser. Different browsers may render Power BI visuals differently.
  2. Browser Settings:

    • Ensure that the user's browser is up-to-date and that they have not disabled any features or extensions that could affect the rendering of Power BI visuals.
  3. Screen Resolution:

    • Verify that the user's screen resolution is set to an appropriate level. Very low or very high resolutions can sometimes affect how visuals are displayed.
  4. Zoom Level:

    • Ask the user to check the zoom level of their browser. Sometimes, an incorrect zoom level can cause visuals to render improperly.
  5. Clear Browser Cache:

    • Suggest that the user clears their browser cache to ensure that any cached resources are not causing display issues.
  6. Check for Custom Styles or Themes:

    • If the report has any custom styles or themes applied, ensure that they are compatible with the user's browser.
  7. Hardware Acceleration:

    • Some issues with rendering can be caused by hardware acceleration settings in the browser. Ask the user to experiment with enabling or disabling hardware acceleration.
