Visualization Suggestion

Hi ,

 

Can somebody suggest me any compelling visualization of the below matrix?

I put this info in matrix . however, stakehlders required it to be visualize in charts or something?

Target and production is perfect for a KPI. FTE i would put in a card and Opening VS closing could be a bar chart.

Thanks for your suggestion. Can you suggest the best way to put them together ? You can even show me by taking a dummy data to visualize what you are talking about.I need to present them together along with other visualizations in dashboard.
