Visualization Question

Hi,

 

I am trying to create a report like below. Can someone help me what visualization is used to creatse this report?

I tried card and multi row card but couldnt make the layout work. Appreciate any help.

I created matrix table and transposed data in a by Values then Show on Rows and Selelct On it worked.
