Visualisation for value 0 and 1

Hello all,

I am an absolte beginner. I am trying to create a visualisation like following picture.

I need a visualisation variant for value 0 at the left side and value 1 at the right side.

How can I do this?

What do you mean by Y ?
If this is a column on your table you can achieve a needed visual using small multiples .
