Visual to query data in SQL syntax

Hi all,

I'm exploring different tools to create report/dashboard, among them Power BI and Kibana/Elasticsearch. On Kibana I found a very nice feature for a dashboard, namely I can type in the search bar a sort of sql to filter data below.  I know that in Power Bi we have slicers, but with slicers we can filter just on  predefined columns. Do you know whether there is a custom visual that allows us to query data on a page in the report based on a sort of SQL statament?

Thanks,

g.

@Gianluca88 , That search of value in any row or column is not there. You can try text Filter with some workaround

Hi @amitchandak,

thanks it is what I want more or less. It would be better if I am also able to use also some simple logical operators, rather than AND or OR, but maybe I ask too much to Power Bi 🙂

However, wait for your response anyway and thanks again,
