I wanted to show the frequency of absences of a person in the report, so I calculated the count of absence based on week, month and year. The problem is, if there is a week that person has more than 2 absent, and the other week the person has less than 2 absent, the grid is showing both "Y" and "N". Is there a way that if there is a "Y" in the twice a week column, don't show "N" in the grid with the same person?
Is there a way if this person has "Y" in twice a week column, we don't show rows with "N" of the same column. Everybody should only has one row in the grid.
What if you created the copy of your table in query editor and then perform Group by "Student Name" and get max of "Twice in a week"?
Hi @Anonymous ,
Kindly share your sample data and excepted result to me if you don't have any Confidential Information. Please upload your files to One Drive and share the link here.
Can you post a copy of your source data and the formulas for the calculated fields?
The weekly count: return a number of the how many times that person absent in that week
Twice a week: Is the person absent more than twice a week? Yes→"Y", No→"N"
So if the person has 1 absence in one week, and 3 absences in the other week, the visual would show both "Y"and"N"
