Visual not Displaying

Hi,

I have created a dashboard via the desktop application and then published to the web, to date this has been running just fine. I am now advised that one of the team members using the dashboard via the web is unable to see a visual that is on one of the pages.

The visual is a 'Donut' chart and displays on my desktop application and also when I view on the web, but its not showing for my colleague.  My colleague has re-started his machine and I have also sent a new link, but still no change.  

Is there a known fix?  Is this an ongoing issue?

@Anonymous , 1. Ask them to clear the browser cache and refresh and try again

2. hope they have been given access to the workspace
