Visual layout for a matrix

Hi power Bi community

I have two questions regarding the visual layout of a matrix.
In the matrix there are diffrent colums which can contain multiple values.
Is there a way to make the line which seperate the colums broughter without makeing the line that seperate the values broughter.
In other words I want to make all the red lines broughter.

An question number two.

Is there a way to freeze the column subtotal?
In other words I don't want anything to the right from the greenline to move when I scroll through the months.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
