Visual Studio Team Services Data Refresh Issues

We have a connection with VSTS and sometime in early July there was a change that now causes our data refresh to timeout. Our system did not grow that large to where it should timeout. One of the reports was a report that suddenly started failing in July.

As the thread said, the VSTS team have an update on the DataConnector, please try it again and check if it works without issue.

Issue still persists. Below is the error I am getting - 

Details: "The Analytics OData endpoint is in preview and only available to select customers of Visual Studio Team Services at this time. If your account has been enabled please contact the Microsoft employee who setup the service for assistance."
