Visual Level Filters

Hi everyone. Dear Friends I'm in need of your assitance. I'm trying  to change the order of the pop-up information when I hover over a certain point on the map. As I Now it's related to Visual level filters. Is there anyway to change their order or am I loking for something impossible?

Do you mean tool tips?  Google custom tool tips power BI.

Here is what I'm tolking about. I don't now are we mentioning the same thing (NewcomerSmiley Happy))so I've taken a capture of what I want to do. Is it possible to change places of lat and long and others?
