Virtual Machine is slow

Hello, I'll explain my problem quickly, I have a physical server that contains Virtual machine inside, which is virtual machine contains PowerBi, but for some time when I open my virtual machine is Exeptional slowness, but if you add ram or CPU, my physical machine provided the other virtual machine very well, even if we close all others and we just leave the open one that contains PowerBi it remains an appalling slowness.
