    Hi StuartSmith  Well, you could use DirectQuery mode in Power BI to fetch real-time data directly from your SQL database whenever the report is accessed. Another way is to set up a Power BI streaming dataset to push live updates from the SQL database via APIs. For on-demand data retrieval, you could use paginated reports, which refresh every time they are viewed. Ensure an on-premises data gateway is configured if your SQL database is hosted locally.
