I've just updated Desktop to October version, and I found that View tab is not there anymore.
could anyone suggest a solution for me?

Which October version of desktop did you run? Based on my test in Power BI Desktop version 2.40.4554.463 64-bit (October 2016), View tab is here. See:
In your scenario, how about you update the desktop version to the latest version?
