Version change in desktop

Need help in understanding how we can change the Powerbi Desktop workbook which is in May2020 version to Jan 2020 version?

Hi Thank you.

I have both version in my system. but my point is i have saved a workbook in May2020 and now i need it to open in Jan 2020 version and save it in Jan 2020 version

Can i do that?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Just be cautious in doing this in case you are using any features supported in MAY 2020 update and which are not avaialble in JAN 2020 version.

Open Jan 2020 version then go to file menu --> Open -->then open the file.

I hope it may help you.
