Value displayed as count rather than actual

Hi

I hope someone can help

I have created a scatter graph and matrix table using enterprise custom fields from MS Project online. When I try to add the values to the chart or table I cannot get it to give me the actual values from the Data Table view, it will either count or give zero. The count shows how many (in this case) task risks have been scored, rather than the value of the risk.

How do I get it to show the value rather than count?

Screenshots attached show the page I am working on and the table view with the RiskScore column highlighted so you can see its format and the values which should be translating to my chart and table.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Matt

Typically that indicates that whatever column or matrix you are putting in there is Text instead of Numeric.

No. THEY ARE NUMBERS. I know what numbers are and I'm getting the same thing counts instead of values. Why do Microsoft apps suck so much...................................consistently
