Hi, I searched previous questions regarding this, but no clear answers have been given.
I'm using Power BI Desktop and trying to use 100% Stacked bar chart in Power BI. (Pie-Chart is not an option for me)
i.e.) 78.98% (411)
| Branch | Closed stores | Open Stores |
| USA | 411 | 110 |
| CANADA | 31 | 10 |
Could you please advise on showing Value and % at the same time?

There is no direct method to achieve it for bar chart. But you may try to use measure and add it to tooltip as below post.
