Value Automatically Added as Count

I am trying to add values to a chart. However, it is not showing the numeric value, it is showing the count. I just want to show the value. How do I do that?

Add to MFelix, if you column in text format, then please change the column type to value.

It is not a text value

On your visual in the values select the option don't summatize to the field you want to show the values.

Check if the column format us number or text, normally when by default the summarize valur is count it's because it's a text column or similar.

@MFelix @v-caliao-msft  @jmiridium I have this problem and its still unsolved. Its showing Count when I drop values there. My column datatype is decimal to be accurate. Can you please help me here.

 I also have same issue i changed the column value to decimal and don't summerize but when i check in report it doing sum of values, i don't want to sum becuase due to this it sum all the projects value..Can you help how i can resolve this..
