VALUE or FORMAT error with the same Data Types Help please

Can anyone please help, this is driving me mad

I have a measure as below, and I'm getting the 'Consider using the VALUE or FORMAT' error

I've triple checkled and all data types are dates

Measure =

COALESCE(CALCULATE(COUNTA('Table1'[record_id]) ,NOT(ISBLANK('Table1'[date_closed])),

 'Table 1'[record_id] <= 'Table1[due_date])

 /

CALCULATE(COUNTA('Table1'[record_id]) ,NOT(ISBLANK('Table1'[date_closed]))), "N/A")

Does anyone know why?

@Pricey79 , N/A trying make it as test,  both then and else should be text
