Using web services from Power BI

I Want Web services protocol POST or any web service that username and password will be connected to POWER BI.

What do you mean about "Dropbox cannot read file"? Do you want to import files from Dropbox into Power BI Desktop, then built reports with that files? Could you be more precisely with your requirement in this case?

Currently, it is not possible to import data from Dropbox into Power BI Desktop directly. You can vote the idea here.
