Helper IIUsing the Bin/Grouping for Greater or Less than a value

Helper III have seen this solution but this is only good if you do not have many bins. In my case I may have between 30-100 bins and they may change in the future. I do not want to use the conditional column method as it would be a big pain. I want something where I can set the number of bins or bin sizes (after confirming the greater or less than bins) and it will automatically make the bins. Hopefully that makes sense.
Edit: I just read that article further, especially the dynamic bins and that's helpful, but it does not give the the <10 bin or the >20 bin that I am after :S
