Hello everyone, there is alot of info on this but i'm struggling and was hoping someone could help me please.
I have an already created dashboard with different datasources in a workspace.
I have contributor access to another workspace and in this workspace is a dataset that I would like to use in the exisiting dashboard.
Whats the best way to do this please?
Thank you for any help
Hi,
You can get data from a Power bi dataset.
If the dataset is not on your organization, you can login in another tenant using the method on the video bellow.

@Anonymous Thank you for your reply.
I have tried your way, and I cannot do anything with the data in transform data, as it says its a direct query. I was hoping I could pull the data in and do what I like with it?
@Pricey79 , existing dashboard, means power bi service dashboard?
Check on visual/page do you option to pin and if you getting this dashboard in the link you can.
If you mean report. You can use more than one dataset in direct query mode only, not live
@amitchandak Thank you for your response . Yes thats right, its a published dashboard in a premium workspace.
I only want to use two tables from the other dahsbaord in my existing one. The current process is to go to this dashboard and manually export them onto sharepoint , so I woulkd like to remove this manual process
