Hi,
I am trying to use the user selection to calculate a measure:
User will provide me the RetirementAge parameter, and based on the user selection I want to calculate the total FTE that is above the RetirementAge:
In the above scenario, if the user selects 60 as retirement age, my desired output is 1+0.5 =  1.5.
Similarly for user selection 85, I only have one employee who is above that age, so the output will be FTE of that employee i.e. 0.5.
How can I achieve this please ?
Thanks !
I have tried:
But that gave me error:

@Saniat Try:
SUMX(FILTER('1'
     ,'1'[Age] >= RetirementAge[RetirementAge Value]
     ,[FTE]
)
that's if RetirementAge Value is a measure@Saniat Try:
SUMX(FILTER('1'
     ,'1'[Age] >= RetirementAge[RetirementAge Value]
     ,[FTE]
)
that's if RetirementAge Value is a measureGreat, worked nicely.
I also had a variable, so had to use together with CALCULATE:
