Using multiple accounts to access data in one data set.

I need to access four different workspaces. For this I use four parameters with the workspace name in the parameter. This allows me to go to DEV / TEST / PROD workspace

In my data set I need to go to four different workspaces
Finance workspace
Shared Worksapce
Commercial Workspace
Inventory workspace

Each will need a different userid and password. How do I set this up in the query?
Thanks

M

If I provide an example it still wont be clear

Workspace1 can only be accessed by the account ws1@mycompany.com
Workspace2 can only be accessed by the account ws2@mycompany.com
Workspace3 can only be accessed by the account ws3@mycompany.com

I open up power bi, I go to data source settings and it asks me which account to use to access Power BI dataflows.

If I enter ws1@mycompany.com then two queries fail as that account can not access WS2 and WS3 workspaces
If I enter ws2@mycompany.com then two queries fail as that account can not access WS1 and WS3 workspaces
If I enter ws3@mycompany.com then two queries fail as that account can not access WS1 and WS2 workspaces

Any solutions apart from one new master account that accesses all workspaces? Surely there must be some best practice for setting this up?
Thanks

Ok so I have multiple queries in M getting data from four different workspaces

So I have the following queries
Calendar
Product
Sales
Projection

Calendar comes from the Shared Worksapce and to access that I can not use my own account in Power BI I have to login as Shared@Mycompany.com

Now the Sales data comes from Commercial Workspace. For that I have to login to PBI with  Commecial@MyCompany.com as Shared@MyCompany.com does not have access.

When I look in the workspace where the Data set is I can only use one account in the connections ? How do I achieve this when different accounts are required to connect to different workspaces.

The information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please explain with an example.

Appreciate your Kudos.
