Using a measure within a parameter

Is there a way to have the first part of the parameter definition show the end date of a dates between slicer?
I would like to grab 4/17/2024 from the slicer and use it in the first part of the paramter.

I have a measure ([SelectedEndDate]) that gets me 4/17/2024 but when I use this in the paramter, it just returns the max date of my table and not the selected slicer value.

SelectedEndDate = MAX(DateSelectionTable[DateTime])

Parameter 3 =
VAR ColumnHeaderName =[SelectedEndDate]
RETURN
{
    (ColumnHeaderName, (NAMEOF([SelectedEndDate])), 0)
}

Parameters are predefined, immutable and cannot be changed by measures.

Thank you.

I am trying to dynamically update my table matrix headers using paramters.

I would like the headers to updated based on slicer selections.
Example:

Selected End Date
Count for 4/2024
Month Prior to Selected Date
Count for 03/2024
Entire Date Range Selection
Count for 7/2023- 7/2024
