Using a Parameter as a Data Source

I have a parameter that changes depending on the value of a different parameter. I am trying to have it so this paramater will be treated as if it were typed in and not simply displayed as text. The image is the source step of a blank query.

Alternatively, it would also work if I could solve the problem below:

It seems that having quotations within the quotations is what is causing the problem.

Help would be much appreciated. Have a nice day 🙂
