I want to create a new column which are highlighted in Red, based of the given table EMP. Which has Product, Shipper EMP#, SHipper Column and Shipper Titile. Context is i as per the data I want Supervisor with that product to be displayed under all the given records for that given product but in a new column.

@Anonymous ,

One method for your first calculated column can be written like this:

Supervisor = CALCULATE( MAX( EMP[ShipperColumn] ),
                 FILTER( EMP, EMP[Product] = MAX( EMP[Product] ) &&
                          EMP[ShipperTitle] = "Supervisor" ))

Then for the second one replace [ShipperColumn] with [Shipper Emp#].

I believe this will give you the results you are looking for.

In the future, please paste sample data as text, not as a picture.  It will be faster and easier for the Community to provide answers.
