Using MTD but want QTD to always show until end of Quarter

Hi

I have a matrix report which shows data for MTD, QTD and YTD, using the DAX below for each

MTD =

CALCULATE (

SUM(Bi_GLTRANS[AmountNormal]),

DATESMTD(BI_CalendarView[dates])

)

QTD =

CALCULATE(

SUM(Bi_GLTRANS[AmountNormal]),

DATESQTD(BI_CalendarView[dates])

)

Total YTD =

TOTALYTD(SUM(Bi_GLTRANS[AmountNormal]),BI_CalendarView[dates])

I'm using slicers to allow the user to filter out on Year, Quater and Month

Now if they select, lets say Sepetmber as it is the end of a standard calendar Quarter, they see the actuals for MTD, QTD ( for the 3 months in the Quater) and YTD for all months up until the end of September, and all this is perefect

However if they select August, which is the second month in the Quater, they see MTD OK and YTD OK ( as want to see latter till end of August), but the issue is that they want to see the Qurter values until the end of the Quarter, so to also include September in the QTD calculation

I looked at the differnet dax time intelligence functions and can't seem to figure out, I'm new to DAX, so I'm sure there's a way to do?
