Hi,
I use Get datab to pull data from Google Analytics and I also have anoither get data pulling form the local sql server.
The enterprise gateway is installed and working on other reports.
However when I got to setup scheduled refresh it does not allow me to schedule as it says
"You don't have any gateway installed or configured for the data sources in this dataset. Please install a new personal gateway or configure the data source for an existing data gateway."

Hi @Anonymous,
>>Alos with it being anonymous authentication I am trying to access the data from my google analytics account, would that still work?
Perhpas you can try to use base authentication.
>>How would I go about adding this in the gateway is it just like adding a server datasource?
Based on my test, it seems like on-premise gateway not available on above mixed data sources.(I already add the data sources to on-premise gateway)
Perhaps you can try to use personal gateway to instead.

Hi @Anonymous,
>>"You don't have any gateway installed or configured for the data sources in this dataset. Please install a new personal gateway or configure the data source for an existing data gateway."
I'd like suggest you double check the data source settings at manage gateway. If you use on-premise gateway, you should config all of these data sources:
Based on notice, it seems like you haven't registered the personal gateway, if you don't want to config these data sources, you can try to use personal gateway.

Hi @Anonymous,
Can you use the enterprise gateway with the web authentication?
The enterprise gateway is setup but it does not seem to pick it up when using both a local database and a web service in the same report?
Thanks
Chris
Hi @Anonymous,
>>Can you use the enterprise gateway with the web authentication?
Yes, I can add the web datasource with anonymous authentication in enterprise gateway, but in further test, it seem like the dataset will auto choose personal gateway to deal with the web datasource.

Hi @Anonymous
How would I go about adding this in the gateway is it just like adding a server datasource?
The IT department manage our gateway.
Alos with it being anonymous authentication I am trying to access the data from my google analytics account, would that still work?
Thanks
Chris

Thanks @Anonymous,
IT are reluctant to use the personal gateway for some reason.
Is this something is due to be fixed as it would make life a lot easier if we could just poijnt the enterprise gateway at it.
Thanks
Chris
