Solved: Using Excel File as a Datasource

Hi,

I have an Excel file on which i want to create a report and this excel will be updated from time to time, i want the data in the report to refresh also.

Which is the best approach in this case? Put the file on Power BI Service, on SharePoint, etc?

Hi @Anonymous ,

You could refer to NickNg278's solution to configure a gateway, also you could put your files on Sharepint or OneDrive, you do not need to configure a gateway for your files:
