Hi,
We have Datamart and planning to use it as source for tabular model. I would like to know how should i pull data into tabular model
1) Pull all Facts and Dimensions that are required, create relationship, remove unwanted columns and last created measures
2) Create a view or SP joining reqired Facts and Dimensions, selecting required columns alone and then call the View or SP into Tabular model.
These are the two methods that comes into my mind. I would like to know yours suggestions on these two methods and if there is another method kindly let me know.
