Using Custom Visual for Template App

I am developing a Template App and want to use a Custom Visual. The visual is free under the standard PowerBI Custom Visual License. 

What are the repercussions of using a custom visual, will the app installer need to buy the license?

The prerequisite for Template App is to have a Power BI Pro permission and Permissions to share a template app publicly. After you have these permissions, you can create a template app and use it with custom visual objects normally.

It’s just that some visual objects may require certain permissions to be used, and you need to meet these requirements before they can be used normally.
