Hi All,
I'm struggling being able to access EDIT mode on the ArcGIS Map when i have created an APP to share.
The only way i see around it is if i'm the owner of the App, i can go to my workspace and find the app and go to the websites internal Edit mode.
As the data is stored is there no way for me to access Edit mode within the Apps version of the dashboard?
Let me know if you need anymore information.
Would be grateful if someone could help.
Thanks,
M
hi, @Anonymous
After my research , I'm afraid it couldn't achieve in Power BI for now.
Once a creator shares an ArcGIS map with a colleague, that colleague can view and interact with the map but not save changes.

Hi @v-lili6-msft ,
Just to confirm.
"Once a creator shares an ArcGIS map with a colleague, that colleague can view and interact with the map but not save changes. "
It sounds like it allows the user interact e.g change refrence layers or map theme no?.
I do not need them to save the data just to be able to go on the map and go into edit view, the only way around it is if they have admin access and have it on their Power BI Workspace?.
I guess i can work with this if i concatunate the results and only allow them to view the summed up version.
Kind Regards,
Markas
hi, @Anonymous
It's meaningless that they couldn't save the data just to be able to go on the map and go into edit view,
So the best way is they have admin access and have it on their Power BI Workspace.
Best Regards,
Lin
