Hi,
I created some simple report with sharepoint list as the data source for user to view the list.
However my user cannot access and keep being prompt to upgrade to Power BI pro.
Can anyone advise? Thanks in advance.

If the user has a "free" license (and you don't have a Premium or Embedded License), you can share the report:
1) by sharing the actual PBIX file itself (with all the potential headaches which will arise)
2) Publish the report to the web (which means it can be accessed by the whole www if the link to the report "spreads" (this options should ONLY be used if the data is IN NO WAY CONFIDENTIAL)

@SBGoh , power bi reports can be shared across pro users. Even if it on SharePoint you need that.

Hi @amitchandak, you mean user cannot use the free account to access the report?
