Hi there,
I published a Power BI report and gave a user who already has a pro license permission to view the report.
However, when they try and go into the report they're getting the following error message below:
Can anybody help me in how to resolve this please?
Thank you in advance.

Hi - pro license users do not automatically get given permissions to view / edit reports - those need to be added in PowerBI itself.
You can give them access by sharing the dataset, or giving them direct access through the report:

for the report:
assuming you have contributor or above permissions yourself, navigate to the dataset and then click share. If you've connected to other semantic models in this report, then you will need to give permissions to those datasets as well.
