I have a power bi report that I need users to have the ability to enter comments next to each line on my report.
1. Is there a way to add a user input field on the power bi report that will save the comments?
2. Is there a way that I can send the report to MSForms and have the user input the comment using Forms?
3. Any other ideas???
Thank you in advance!

@tomperro The one that I am talking about is in the Power BI Service. You open the report and over on the right-hand side in the header bar for the report is a Comment button. You click that and it opens a Comments pane on the right side of the browser. You can enter comments or click on specific cells of a table for example and enter a comment.
Here is potentially other ways:

@tomperro Commenting is available in the Service. You can click on a cell in a table for example, enter a comment and selecting that comment will show the selected cell. The other route you could go might be Power Apps and the associated Power BI visual.
@Greg_Deckler , maybe comment was the wrong choice of word. I need them to enter information about the row on a report and this should be saved to the underlying data.
