Use service principal to connect to log Analytics Workspace

is it possible to use a service principal in Power BI Desktop to connect via Power Bi Desktop to a Log Analytics Workspace hosted on Microsoft Azure?

HI @PowerBI88,

It is possible if you use a web connector with the corresponding API with a service principal token string to get data from Azure. (you only need to configure to generate corresponded tokens to use in web conenctor)
If you mean direct use service principal authorization mode to get data, I think current power bi does not support this.
