Use only last value

Hi,

I have a table that looks like this:

DateItemAmountEvent
14.5.2024A2607,09A
14.5.2024A2285,214B
14.5.2024A2090,322C
14.5.2024B9750A
14.5.2024B9000B
14.5.2024B9000C
13.5.2024A2622A
13.5.2024A2345B
13.5.2024A2765C
13.5.2024B9876A
13.5.2024B9200B
13.5.2024B9200C

I would like my report to show only the first value per item and date. How do I do that?

Thankful for help!

@sw123 Cerate Measure as per below and use as filter

Measure = SWITCH(
    TRUE(),
    MAX('Table (4)'[Date]) = MAX('Table (4)'[Date]) && MIN('Table (4)'[Event]) = "A", 1,)

@sw123 ,
How are you determining the first value for a day if time is not available in the data? What should be the expected output for the sample data you provided?
