Use multiple measures as first column

Hello, 

I have the below Sales table:

date	country	product	sales_quantity	sales_amount	manufacturing_cost
14/01/2022	GR	Coke	30	75.00	45.00
21/01/2022	BG	Coke	25	62.50	37.50
13/02/2022	AT	Coke	50	125.00	75.00
25/01/2023	GR	Coke	20	50.00	30.00
13/02/2023	BG	Coke	40	100.00	60.00
14/02/2023	AT	Coke	62	250.00	90.00
14/01/2022	GR	Fanta	40	100.00	60.00
21/01/2022	BG	Fanta	30	75.00	45.00
13/02/2022	AT	Fanta	20	50.00	30.00
25/01/2023	GR	Fanta	30	75.00	45.00
13/02/2023	BG	Fanta	35	87.50	52.50

I want to create the below report without much proccessing on my initial table. Can i create it just in report view?  

	Current Year (2023)	Prior Year (2022)	% Dif. Current vs. Prior Year (=(CY-PY)/PY)
Sales Quantity	237	195	22%
Sales Amount (A)	687.50	487.50	41%
Manufacturing cost (B)	352.50	292.50	21%
Profit (= A-B)	335.00	195.00	72%
Profit as % of Sales Amount	49%	40%	22%

I managed to get there but I don't think my solution is optimal.

@Imantzoufa , You need to use calculation groups. They are now supported on Desktop without using External tool
