Hour Table as drill down for Time Chart

I have a "telemetry" table that has a TimeStamp (type timestamp) as well as a TimeKey (which is also a timestamp truncated to the hour). 

I have also created a "hour table' that has columns for hour (timestamp), as well as day/week/month/quarter (all day type). 

They are linked by a 1-many (single). 

My issue is I want to add the hour to the "Date hierarchy" or create a new hour hierachy but it is not letting me do that, Tha tis the goal is hour/day/month/year

So that I can do a drill down to the hour level. A picture is worth a 1,000 words. See attached:
