Based on my research, we can't use the selected value from slicer in Query Editor. I suggest you can use parameter and refer to below steps.
1.I have entered some sample data like the picture below.
2.Right click the column you want to select and click the “Add as New Query” function.
3.Creta a new parameter like the below picture.
Now you can select the filtered value.
You can also download the PBIX file to have a view.
