I’m working on a usage metrics report using data from the OneLake Data Hub, where I’m exporting regular usage metrics for different team members and building a dashboard. The challenge I’m facing is that Power BI only retains usage metrics data for 90 days. I need to retain the data for a longer, historical period. I attempted to use incremental refresh, but since the data source is OneLake Data Hub, this feature is not supported. Has anyone successfully addressed this issue? If so, how did you manage to retain historical data? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @SonaliA ,
As far as I know, the current use of usage metrics does not support extended history time. Usage metrics as a PowerBI pre-built report that only contains content from the last 90 days.Monitor report usage metrics - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
You can submit the ideal here( https://ideas.fabric.microsoft.com/ ). Thank you for your support of PowerBI!
