Urgent..Need help for dax function to count number

Dear all,

I want to count how many cases based on below condition:

Can some one help me write the dax funtion? I do not know how to write when the conditions are from two different tables. Thank you so much.

Result: I want to count how many distinct cases from case table?     'Case'[Casenumber]

Condition 1: 

Exist below condition:

FILTER('Calls','Calls'[type_c]="Coaching_Session" &&'Calls'[status]="Held")

Condition 2: 

FILTER('Calls','Calls'[name]="Information Session" &&'Calls'[status]="Held")

Condition3" 

'Case'[Status]='Closed'

Can you please share some sample data and expected results? I tried to create a sample. However, I don't think I get you. Please share the data and tell us what relationship between the tables. Then we sill understand clearly and solve it quickly.
