Updating summary table

Hi,  any help here would be much appreciated.  I createdf a summary table (shown below), and I would like to be able to have these metrics be persistant to show change over time.  For example, on refresh the table adds 6 more rows with new counts and the refresh date.  Then I could calculate if any of the status went up or down from last refresh.

I'm guessing donig this in M query might be better, so I'm just looking for a little guidence.

Thanks in advance!

@Anonymous , In power query data should get updated when every you got new data. You can use group by for this. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-query/group-by

Thank you! I will need to create a new table, then do a merge queries to duplicate the first table, then from the second table do the group by.  I think that will work, thank you!
